1. The Offer commences at 18:00AEDT on 24/01/2014 and ends at 23:59 AEST on 31/12/2014 or while stock of the Gift last (“Offer Period”). Claims received after 31/12/2014 will not be accepted.
2. The Gift comprises of one (1) free digital copy of the Appleonia album OH RRP$9.99 (AUD). There are a total of 8,000 Gifts available. For every successful claim of the Gift, the Sponsor will donate AUD$1.50 to OzHarvest (ABN 33 107 782 196) nominated as a donation from the claimant. Digital retail price of full album is $9.99.
3. To participate in the Offer and claim the Gift, participants must visit appleoniamusic.com/ozharvest and submit their full name, email address and country of residence during the Offer Period.
4. Gifts are not redeemable for cash. Limit applies of one download per person. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
5. In the event that the Gift becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a gift of equal or greater value.
6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any participant as a result of the participant accepting and/or using the Gift, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
